Constructor of Hope | Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist |  Certified in Thanatology | Transforming Grief and Loss into Resilience

My Approach

With a professional background spanning three decades, I bring extensive expertise in supporting individuals, particularly those in crisis, for over 20 years. My focus has evolved through diverse experiences, honing in on those grappling with grief and loss and understanding the profound impact it has on the meaningfulness of their lives.

As a grief counsellor, I bring not just professional skill and academic knowledge to your sessions, but also a personal touch that only someone who has walked a similar path could provide. My history provides a silent testament to clients that growth is possible, that navigating the turbulent waters of loss is not a journey they must undertake alone.

At the heart of my practice lies a profound respect for the power of human resilience and the belief that every person's grief and loss is unique. In my sessions, you'll find a warm, safe space to explore your feelings without judgement. I combine contemporary grief theories and innovative counselling strategies, from a trauma informed lens. I embrace the potential for transformative growth even in the deepest sadness.
